About
Be Integrated
Healing requires courage. It also requires the right environment, the right approach, and a therapist who understands the complexity of your story.
My practice offers a personalized and intentional therapeutic experience, including traditional therapy sessions and extended EMDR intensives for clients seeking focused, immersive support.
EMDR

EMDR is a type of therapy that helps your brain naturally process and heal from painful or traumatic memories. Instead of just talking through a difficult experience, you focus on the memory while following a gentle side-to-side movement, like watching a light move or listening to alternating tones. This bilateral stimulation helps unlock the stuck memory, letting your brain file it away safely as something that belongs firmly in the past. Over time, the emotional sting fades, helping you find relief from the anxiety, stress, or triggers connected to that old trauma.
EMDR Intensives
Your time is valuable, and traditional weekly therapy does not always fit the pace, demands, and complexity of a high-achieving life. Therapy intensives offer a focused, immersive experience designed for professionals who want meaningful progress without waiting months to address the challenges that are impacting their well-being, relationships, and performance. By dedicating extended time to the therapeutic process, we can move beyond surface-level coping strategies and create space for deeper exploration, trauma processing, nervous system regulation, and lasting change.
An EMDR intensive is an accelerated therapy format designed to process trauma and distressing life events efficiently over a short period.
Instead of traditional weekly 50-minute sessions that span several months, intensives compress the therapy timeline into 90 minutes to 6 hours per day for up to a few consecutive days.
Key Features of an EMDR Intensive
-
Focused Timeframe: Sessions run 90 minutes to 6 hours daily for a duration of up to a few days.
-
Separate Setup: This focused processing timeframe does not include the initial intake process, which is completed beforehand to establish history and readiness.
-
Targeted Goals: It is structured to directly address a specific issue, traumatic event, or complex life span narrative without the usual weekly interruptions.
-
Next Steps: Individuals are encouraged to call to learn more about scheduling, specific pacing options, and personalized clinical fit.
